She holds a Bachelor of Laws degreee from the Catholic University o f Eastern Africa, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, a Certificate in Information Technology, and a Mediation Certificate from Edcani Mediation Consultants.
With over a decade of experience in immigration practice since 2012, she advises and coordinates immigration applications from assessment t o approval and issuance o f documentation. Her practice also covers conveyancing, business and entity registrations, litigation, and related legal services, with a commitment to delivering effective, seamless, and timely legal solutions to clients
Beritah Namikoye Lusweti
Barwaqo Guyo Halake is a n accomplished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a strong commitment to promoting access to justice, particularly for women and marginalized communities. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Mount Kenya University and a Postgraduate Diploma i n Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Ms. Halake has extensive experience in Succession Law, where she has developed a solid reputation for handling complex legal transactions with diligence, integrity, a n d professionalism.
She specialises in structuring and executing complex joint venture agreements between developers and investors for the development of commercial and residential properties, ensuring optimal risk allocation, regulatory alignment, and commercial viability
Barwaqo Guyo Halake
Miller is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Litigation Associate at the Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a Pupil at the Office of the Attorney General and as a Legal Associate at the Technical and Vocation a l Education and Training Authority (TVET).
He represents clients in civil and criminal litigation with diligence a n d dedication, and is skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing sound legal advice. His strong analytical abilities, writing skills, and professional integrity distinguish his practice
Miller Oyugi Ondoi
Celestine is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Senior Associate, and the General Manager at B. Lusweti & Associates Advocates. She holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
With over ten years’ experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, she is known for her precision in contract review and drafting, having guided numerous clients through seamless and secure property transactions.
She also actively practices civil litigation and plays a key role in the firm’s operations, making her an invaluabl asset to the firm
Celestine Achieng Otieno
Paulate has been a dedicated Office Assistant at our firm since February 2024, bringing prior experience from Celestine Lucas & Company Advocates. She holds the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education from S.A. Kolanya Girls National School and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Instrumentation Option) from KIMC, along with short courses in Office Administration.
She ensures smooth office operations by supporting various departments, managing reception and customer service, coordinating activities, scheduling client appointments, and handling other assigned tasks
Paulate Alumasa
Moses is a trained Criminologist who holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Egerton University, Nakuru Campus.
He majorly manages and coordinates the flow of services and information within our company coupled with studying several patterns that would in return help resolve issues that arise from our client’s criminal records if any or paper work with a view of formulating a strategy that would help prevent such issues from happening in future.
He is also responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery. He is the main contact that accompanies all our clients to the immigration offices if and when the need arises
